Account details (name, email, hashed password), workspace configuration (your offers, scripts, and scoring rubrics), and the call review data your workspace generates. If you connect integrations, we store your API credentials encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and use them only to perform the actions you request (pulling your call recordings, running AI analysis).
Call transcripts are fetched from your own Fathom account with your key, sent to Anthropic's API with your key for scoring, and only the resulting structured review is stored. Transcripts themselves are not retained on our servers. Your data is never shared with other workspaces and never used to train models.
We don't sell your data. We don't use your credentials for anything you didn't ask for.
Your data is retained while your workspace is active. Workspace owners can delete reviews at any time; deleting the workspace removes its data. For full account deletion, email us.
Credentials are encrypted at rest, sessions are signed, and access to production data is limited to the operator. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
