CloseIt is a sales console: live call scripts, phone-setter workflows, and AI-scored call recaps, configurable to your offers and rubrics. You connect your own third-party accounts (e.g. Anthropic, Fathom); your use of those services is governed by their terms, and their usage fees are billed to you by them, not by us.
You're responsible for your credentials, for the people you invite to your workspace, and for the content your workspace stores. You must have the right to record and process the calls you sync.
Don't use CloseIt to break the law, to process calls you have no right to process, or to attempt to access other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Scripts, scores, and AI analysis are coaching aids, not legal or compliance advice, and not a guarantee of sales results. You are responsible for what your reps say on calls and for compliance with the rules that apply to your industry.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update features over time. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
